The E-Plan administration team at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) offers you the following E-Plan online training at no cost;    

E-Plan User Video Training provides first responders, homeland security officials, emergency management officials, and other federal/state/local personnel with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to use the E-Plan system and to perform facility search and chemical search within their jurisdiction area.

Training Video for E-Plan's Online Tier II Electronic Submittal provides company managers with the basic knowledge of the E-Plan system and skills to create a report you can submit to your state to meet their requirement for filing of (SARA Title III) Tier II Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory Reports.

Tier II Submitters, Facility Managers, and Business Owners - If you want to enter your Tier II reports on E-Plan, go to the E-Plan's Online Tier II Reporting System at http://tier2.erplan.net to register for an Access ID and password, and you will be allowed to submit and retrieve Tier II information as it pertains to your facility.
